Fifty years ago, Paul Newman and Robert Redford reunited for The Sting! Redford plays a small-time grifter, but there’s nothing small-time about this movie. Newman and Redford orchestrate a con on cantankerous crime boss, Doyle Lonnegan, played by Robert Shaw. This story will show you a good time and pull the rug out from under your feet. Still not convinced to give it a shot? This movie won 7 Oscars! How about that?
The finale didn’t land with some critics, but Jim and A.Ron liked it! When you let go of “what could have been”, you’ll enjoy the swarms of Mandos, fight scenes, and Giancarlo Esposito. The voyage of Star Trek: Picard comes to an end. The series had the best of episodes, and the worst of episodes. But Jim and A.Ron say this finale stuck the landing. The return of the entire cast was a good burst of nostalgia and the perfect way to end the show for those diehard Trek Heads. Though the journey may end here for Captain Jean-Luc Picard, Jim and A.Ron speculate on the future storylines of some of these newer characters.

Tetris (2023) satisfies the nostalgia you feel about the classic game. But it will ignore your desire for historical accuracy. Taron Egerton stars as American businessman Henk Rogers. Rogers makes it his mission to bring this exciting, addictive game to the world. The game’s creator is Alexi Pajitnov, a citizen of the Soviet Union. Can Henk and Alexi defy communism, survive car chases, and let freedom ring?! Like we said, it’s not 100% true to life.
