It’s time for lunch and conversation. About what? Who knows, but it will probably be boring at the start and get more interesting as it goes so maybe just tune in for the last half hour.
Jim and A.Ron were so enamored with our commissioned Let’s Play of the Square Enix game, “Life is Strange”, that we’ve decided to do the whole game. This is Episode 2. If you’re unfamiliar with the concept of a Let’s Play, it’s essentially watching one or more people play a video game, which is a…
Better Call Saul is back, and we have a lot to say about the new episode, 201, “Switch”! We got all the angles covered, from fictional high end tequila to the hot new breakfast cereal, Chocobolo, hummingbird and douchey investor cameos, Kim/Jimmy relational angst, and all points in between. Mr. Justin “Hatorian” K. won a Bald Move fantasy football league, and this was his reward; the selection of the modern classic war movie, “Saving Private Ryan”. Directed by Steven Spielberg, and starring every man in Hollywood (Tom Hanks, Matt Damon, Vin Diesel, Bryan Cranston, NATHAN FILLION, Paul Giamatti, among others), it’s a pitiless look into the hell that is war. It is also moving, heroic, complex tale of brotherhood, bravery, cowardice, and loss. It’s a powerful film that you really must see before partaking of the podcast, but if you’ve already stormed the beaches of Normandy with Capt. Miller and company, please enjoy the podcast.

That certainly was an episode of the X-Files, directed and written by Chris Carter, and entitled “Babylon”. Yes, it certainly was. It also had a lot of unlikely cowboy hats, Mulder sporting giant “MUSH” and “ROOM” blinged out hardware. But unfortunately there was a lot of other stuff, which we weren’t giant fans of. Abandon all hope, ye who liked this episode and decide to listen anyway.
