It’s a journey into the mind of Princess this episode with her, Zeke, Eugene and Yumiko are captured being thrown into cells and having to decide whether to try to escape or take the abuse in the name of establishing friendly relations with the stormtroopers. It’s not the most exciting episode of The Walking Dead but it’s a bonus episode… was anyone expecting it would be?
Gabriel and Aaron spend some time in a warehouse with a Terminator, drinking whiskey, eating wild boar, and bluffing for their lives. Join us for the podcast to find out what we thought of The Walking Dead’s third season 10 bonus episode.
The second of the season 10 bonus episodes wasn’t quite as good as the first. Definitely more in line with what we expected from these episodes. Lots of walking in the woods, lots of isolation, and maybe the b-team of writers. The parallels were ambitious though, and the final scene is worth the price of admission. The marketing around these 6 episodes really had us confused before seeing the first one. I mean, are they or aren’t they part of season 10? Oh, the AMC announcement says they’re not? Then why does every place that makes these available, INCLUDING YOUR OWN WEBSITE, say they’re episodes 17 – 22 of season 10? Maybe you can understand why we thought they’d be completely extraneous viewing. We were pleasantly surprised, however. This first one at least, seems to be connecting to the larger story that we’re likely to see in season 11. It’s the finale episode of season 10, as long as you don’t count the other 6 episodes that AMC labels as apart from season 10 but definitely not NOT part of season 10. Did it live up to the hype? The answer might shock you! Or not. It might be exactly what you’d expect of us from a hit or miss episode that draws the threat of another group of violent outsiders to a close. It’s not like we haven’t been here before. Join us for the podcast to sate your curiosity.

What is the plan? SERIOUSLY! WHAT IS THE PLAN? I guess The Walking Dead hooked us because that’s the main question we have coming out of “The Tower” and heading into the finale. Join us next week for the thrilling (hopefully) conclusion.
Carol just can’t seem to stop hallucinating. Maybe if she stopped murdering everyone in her path and complicating things for her friends in the process she’d be a little less haunted by apparitions. That’s not in the cards though, so this week we come together to talk a lot about Carol, Negan and Alpha, with a bit of Zeke and Co. thrown in to the mix.
