Special thanks to Casey, Shayne Bowman, Elisa from LA, Michelle, Frakkin T and his sister Tara C, Rachel from Brooklyn, Scotland K, Rachel, and Medelliae for banding together and commissioning a podcast on the season 3 finale arc of ABC’s dawn of the golden age classic, “LOST”. We reviewed “Greatest Hits”, and “Through the Looking Glass” parts 1 and 2 for the commission, but discuss our complex and varied histories with the show, our personal feelings towards the characters, and consider the strengths and weaknesses of the show overall.
Jim and A.Ron hail Game of Thrones “The Winds of Winter” as an ultra-impressive, all you wanted from a finale and more kind of episode. We’ll be back with our full coverage podcast on Tuesday afternoon!

Is there any nutritional value in watching two guys talk about random topics for about an hour? 9 out of 10 physicians agree. Lets just leave it at that.
Jim and A.Ron consider some book-based speculation and theories from the latest episode of Game of Thrones! If you’re a show-only watcher who doesn’t want any spoilers, it’s best to just skip this one. Need to catch up? Here’s a Tinfoil SpoiLore archive of previous podcasts by topic. Each link has a time code listed so you can jump right to the tinfoil topic of the week for your convenience and listening pleasure.
Jim and A.Ron have seen the latest potential summer blockbuster; Independence Day: Resurgence, and found it roughly as dumb as it’s predecessor but minus quite a bit of the humor, charm, and charisma of the original.
A.Ron and Cecily are sharply divided on their opinions for the series shotgun finale, episode 309, “The Blessed Dark”. A.Ron would have preferred a more open ended finale that didn’t try to make half-assed an attempt to bring the series to an epic and apocalyptic conclusion, while Cecily appreciates the creative jam the team was apparently other and is thankful that they made the best of the situation they had at hand. Regardless of our personal feelings, this is the end for Showtime’s Penny Dreadful, and we the television watching public are the poorer for it. What did you think? We’ll be back next week to mourn our loss and ponder that what ifs with you and all our fellow fans as we wrap up our coverage of the series. See you then.
A,Ron and Cecily process their shock at learning that Showtime’s Penny Dreadful is being cancelled, and wonder how in the world things are going to be wrapped up, or even if they’ll be wrapped up, in just one more episode. I apologize for the tardiness of this podcast. We’ll have the series finale episode up tomorrow.
Pi’ilani returns to the roster to discuss Netflix’s Orange is the New Black episodes 404-406 including “Doctor Psycho”, “We’ll Always Have Baltimore”, “Piece of Sh*t”!
