What Comes After might be the best episode of the season thus far but we still have some big questions. Join us as we ponder them, as well as a special announcement at the end of the episode. A big thank you to Mysteriana for creating the Watching Dead theme music. Find all of their…
In an episode of The Walking Dead that’s good enough to please no one, it’s all about whether you’re going to make Negan a martyr and whether Daryl and Rick can climb out of their desperate pit of emotion. I dunno. Daryl’s sidewalls are pretty high and Rick’s roots are as shaky as Negan’s grip on sanity.
Right now there’s a writer sitting somewhere in Georgia, maybe Hollywood, or more likely hell, thinking about what a great metaphor this episode’s tomato was. It’s probably the same writer who was self-impressed when they decided that Gabriel was an ‘A’. Both of those writers suck.
We couldn’t figure out what either meant or why we should care about any of it, which makes this episode a B+ by The Walking Dead standards.
We’re back for the 2nd episode of the season, in which we witness the communities attempting to come together to build a bridge to a brighter future. This feels awfully meta.. and it somehow seems doomed from the start. Join us for a discussion of S09E02 – The Bridge.
We’re (reluctantly) back! And while it has been 2 years, we still remember most of the characters’ (nick)names. There’s a lot of work to do to pave over the (awful) plotting of the previous seasons but Angela and the crew are doing their best. Is it good (enough)?

The Better Call Saul just executed another run of 10 great episodes, cementing this as one of the strongest seasons of the show yet. Alexis and Jim take to the mics to discuss all the twists and turns, of which there have been many this season, and make some predictions about what characters might do in the show’s final chapter next season. It would truly be something unforgivable if you didn’t join us!
The penultimate episode of season 5 does a great job of setting the table for what’s sure to be a bloody finale, assuming this season follows patterns established in previous seasons of Better Call Saul. We express our love for Lalo the cat-man and Kim the wonder woman and dig deep into the character trajectories to make our final predictions of the season in S05E09 – Bad Choice Road.
In this episode, we follow Mike and Saul into the desert and watch them slowly wither away, while Lalo continues to rot in jail. Sounds like a real banger, doesn’t it? Well, turns out it was pretty good and we’re here to talk all about it as we discuss S05E08 – Bagman. Join the discussion:…
The follow-up to last week’s insane plan sees Kim and Jimmy doubling down on their lives together, while digging deeper into trouble. If there was ever a time to get out, that time has long since passed. Join us as we discuss S05E07 of Better Call Saul, “JMM”.
