Bald Move Pulp is where you can get your fix of robots, aliens, action space adventures, and everything in between; on television or on the big screen. Pulp was not made for serious drama, if that’s your thing, you might be looking for Bald Move Prestige.
This is the last installment of Bald Move’s 1899 coverage and we have some answers to big questions! It was nothing like we expected, which means it was exactly what we expected. In the spirit of the creators it was a timey-wimey, mind-bending web that Jim and A.Ron try to untangle for you. Jump in and listen to the theories and remaining questions.
As more character backstories are revealed, we get some questions answered. But don’t worry, we still have plenty of questions and theories to discuss. Have these people been experimented on? Are you, the audience, being experimented on? Is the mind a prison? Or is the mind imprisoned? What else floats out there on the vast ocean?
Inexplicable. Creepy. Foggy. Bodies keep piling up, factions are formed, and Jim still hasn’t noticed the triangle pupils. Are these vanishing cabinets? Is everyone dead? What happened to these people? We may not know what’s going on, but count us entertained!
A dense fog sits on the water as you stand on the bow of a creaking ship. Footsteps approach from behind! Out of the fog emerges Captain A.Ron and First Mate Jim. They’re here to break down the show 1899 from the creators of Dark. Get a rundown of the characters, overview of the plot of the first two episodes, and a beginning to theory crafting that is sure to get out of hand.
The awesome presence of Chadwick Boseman is definitely missed, but don’t let that get you too down! Marvel produces yet another gem (or Infinity Stone, ha ha) for their catalog. Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is an action-packed movie that also explores delicate levels of grief AND delivers on great CGI. The astounding performances from Angela Bassett, Letitia Wright, and Lupita Nyong’o will have you saying, “Wakanda Forever”!

Ok. Um, ok. Here we go. DC hasn’t quite cracked the Marvel formula for making fun movies. It begs the question, can the most charismatic man on the planet pull off DC’s latest deep cut? Black Adam owes some copyright fines to all those superheroes that you actually like. It’s not great, but it bolsters the Rock’s standing in the Bald Move Badass Hall of Fame…so there’s that!

Confronted by the beautiful faces of Cary Elwes and Robin Wright, the absurdist comedy of Miracle Max, how will he react to this crazy mashup of farce, swashbuckling, and heart?
This movie checks off the 80s cinema boxes; it has video games and a broken home. The cast is a blast from the past in this feature length advertisement for Nintendo. Take a stroll down nostalgia road with Jim and A.Ron as they discuss a truly powerful message about the power of video games.
