A.Ron and Jim continue their re-watch with episode 104 of HBO’s Game of Thrones, “Bastards, Cripples, and Broken Things”. If you’re new to Game of Thrones, enjoy our spoiler free episode discussion and recap, but if you’re a hard bitten, winter ready veteran of the Game, feel free to skip to 01:23:50 for our spoiler filled discussion of the episode as it fits into the over all series, including spoilers from the books!
This is a podcast where Jim and I, using tools created for the purpose, randomly generate a title for a fictional TV show. We then pitch ideas to each other based on what that show would be like if it were real. We like to call it, “Quit Yer Pitchin’!”
Jim and A.Ron mourn the loss of their nine days of end-of-civilization goodness they were confronted with in episode 104, “Not Fade Away”. We discuss the softer side of Team Barbershop, Madison’s potentially not-so-secret past as an alcoholic, the flimsy, one dimensional banality of evil represented by Lt. Moyer, and debate a few theories of what we’ll discover on arrival at the nearby military hospital facility. All this and tons of great community feedback, coming your way.

Jim and A.Ron just got done watching Fear the Walking Dead’s latest episode, “Not Fade Away”, and we have some thoughts. On bratty citizens, on filthy pool water, and parental slapping.

Jim and A.Ron dissect what might be the most pulse pounding hour of television ever, as Rust deploys talents and skills he earned in years of high intensity undercover narcotics work.
Jim and A.Ron loved this episode, number 104 of Better Cast Saul, “Hero”, which we see as a huge step forward in tone, pacing, and world building. We got a kick out of seeing the origins of “S’all good, man”, giant trashy bill boards, the bridging of the gap between Slippin’ Jimmy and Saul, the deepening of his relationship to Kim, further Nacho entanglements, and lots and lots of butthole to go around. All this, and a ton of your insight, expertise and fan theories, coming right at you!
Starts approximately at 1pm EST!
