A.Ron and Cecily bid a fond farewell to Banshee as it, despite all fears to the contrary, manages to pull out of its near fatal tailspin long enough to land a fairly emotionally satisfying, and undeniably badass, series finale. We talk about the many fights, goodbyes, plus the tears and blood shed in this packed episode “Requiem”, and we give our fellow #fanshees their final say as well. But mostly, I think we’ll all remember one simple truth: A.Ron was right.
Welp, we watched all of Guillermo del Toro’s movies. We saw a ton of awesome creatures, Gothic horrors, clockwork automatons, and bugs… lots of bugs. It was a fun ride, and we thank you for joining us on it!
A lot happened in this episode of HBO’s Game of Thrones, “The Door”, and we attempt to talk about all. Did we miss anything? Pretty likely, but we’ll be back on Tuesday with an in depth scene by scene break down, with lots of feedback and analysis. And if that’s not enough, on Friday you can explore the mind bending revelations of tonight with the help of book-inspired insight and lore, if you’re not adverse to spoilers, that is. See you Tuesday!

It’s been a quiet week for Amy and Susan, so they introduce a new TBS game: Lightning Round! They talk for five minutes about totally random topics created by a panel of experts (i.e. whoever is around at the time). In other words, what do platypus-beak jewelry, hottie garbage truck drivers, Dave & Busters, fifth-grade…
Special thanks to Fernando Rodriguez, who commissioned the 1985 classic kid’s adventure movie, “The Goonies”. Directed by Richard Donner with a script by Chris Columbus, this movie really brings us back to our child hood days, which leads to us spending time fondly reminiscing about the film and growing up, and of course obsessively picking nits and busting “The Goonies” balls. Which of course, is our mothers’ favorite part. Stay tuned til the end as we invite a surprise guest to give their opinions as well!
What will Jim and A.Ron do now that they’ve resurrected Chloe’s father, changed her hair color and put her in a wheelchair? Spoiler alert, they kill her, that’s what. There are also a couple other, slightly less disturbing things that happen as well.
