Surprise! Jim and I were tres intrigued by the pilot episode of HBO’s “The Leftovers”, and have decided to promote it to full cast status immediately. Each week we’ll be doing a Fargo-esque “half-assed cast”, which will increase it’s ass rating if warranted, coming out on Tuesdays.
In this episode we talk about Problem Dogs, problem daughters, silent screams, the problem with enigmatic cults, what effect a widespread, supernatural phenomenon would have on our age of reason, and finally whether or not we believe Lindelof can deliver the long term goods.
