In celebration of The Goonies (1985) celebrating its 40th anniversary, Bald Move is rereleasing our coverage of the beloved film.
Special thanks to Fernando Rodriguez, who commissioned the 1985 classic kid’s adventure movie, “The Goonies”. Directed by Richard Donner with a script by Chris Columbus, this movie really brings us back to our child hood days, which leads to us spending time fondly reminiscing about the film and growing up, and of course obsessively picking nits and busting “The Goonies” balls. Which of course, is our mothers’ favorite part. Stay tuned til the end as we invite a surprise guest to give their opinions as well!

Looks like The Lord of the Rings is back on the menu, boys! It’s another LotR mega-pod and this time you have epic mouthful to thank. This time we’re covering the rough middle ground of the epic saga, The Two Towers. While it is our least favorite of the LotR movies, that’s not to say that it’s bad. Actually, it’s very good. We take this opportunity to run down our favorite moments, thoughts on the storytelling, differences between the extended and theatrical versions as well as the books, and all the behind-the-scenes details we can get our hands on.
