308 – Strange Brew
With only 2 episodes left in the season, I’m starting to get back on board with where the show is going. Twitter: @BaldMove Email: fallingskies@baldmove.com

Another borderline episode in a long string of borderline episodes for Falling Skies. Watch me deliver my thoughts and then tell me which parts of the episode you did and didn’t like. Twitter: @BaldMove Email: fallingskies@baldmove.com
Another week of stupid camera mistakes means I’m almost completely in the dark this time. Lets see if I can get it right next week Twitter: @BaldMove Email: fallingskies@baldmove.com
I try to spruce up the cast with some clips from the show and some snazzy editing. Let me know if it worked. Twitter: @BaldMove Email: fallingskies@baldmove.com
Jim talks about the latest episode of Falling Skies. Are they really fooling anyone with this mole thing? How well did Crazy Lee’s plotline work? What’s the worst thing about tv battles? Camera and mic upgrades. Do they help?
Jim talks about the 2-hour premiere of season 3 of TNT’s apocalyptic alien drama Falling Skies. This is my first piece of video content so the visual and audio quality is terrible, as is the presentation. It will get better, I promise. Hopefully you’re here for the insightful television commentary anyway, not the razzle dazzle.
Jim and A.Ron always pay their debts. We owe you a cast, and today we deliver on that promise. We talk about Florence + The Machine, Battle for Hill 218 (free online version), Battlestar Galactica (board game AND series), that fantastic new HBO series “Game of Thrones” that just finished up it’s first season, A.Ron’s revolutionary idea for a “sincerity” movement, and the surprising news that Kickstarter is the 3rd largest independent comic book publisher.
Jim and A.Ron tackle one of the watershed issues of our day. The god-awful disappointment of the Star Wars Prequel trilogy. Spurned to discussion and debate by RedLetterMedia.com’s recent evisceration of Episode 3, we talk candidly about our betrayal by Uncle George. Although initially Jim is less than enthused about the top — wait! What’s that?! GOOD GOD THAT’S PETER STREET’S MUSIC!
We knew a lot of you wouldn’t want to sit through even more discussion of singularity / Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect, but we had to get it out of our system. This book tends to do that to you. Bonus content to the rescue! Feast your ears on even more discussion and debate about trans-humanity, the ethics and morals of artificial intelligence, plot details, writing styles, graphic content, themes, allegories, religious allusions and other art major type bullshit! Or not!
Whoa, whoa! Check out the big brains on Jim and A.Ron! We do the damn thing on technological singularities, the e-novella Metamorphosis of Prime Intellect, discuss the Little Big Planet 2 demo, touch ever so lightly on minecraft, declare total victory over Unwarranted Self Importants, and do some listener feedback. There’s some hot pillow biting action too. Something for everyone! Oh, and Amish Friendship Bread is a real thing. And terrifying.
