2-Bit Encryption - A Mr. Robot Podcast - 307 – eps3.6_fredrick+tanya.chk

Jim and A.Ron agree that this latest episode of USA Network’s Mr. Robot, “Eps3.6fredrick&tanya.chk”, was pretty good, but on little else beyond that.  We are in violent disagreement over the direction of Angela and Tyrell, but that just makes for an exciting podcast where naked hostility seems to be lying in wait around every corner.  But whether or not you think Tyrell is an actual human or if Angela is a horrifying baby person suddenly, there is a lot to talk about and discuss.  White Rose dunks on Phillip, Leon blazes up to Knight Rider,  Irving tells Mr. Robot how it is, beautifully filmed desert vistas that would bring a tear to even Vince Gilligan’s eye, and we get closure on Trenton and Mobley.  All great stuff, and it puts the show in fine shape as it heads into the seasons final act.  See you next week!

2-Bit Encryption - A Mr. Robot Podcast - 306 – eps3.5_kill-pr0cess.inc

Jim and A.Ron are delighted with another suspenseful, well crafted episode of USA Network’s Mr. Robot, “eps3.5_kill-process.inc”.  Great dialog, great, inventive action, solid acting and exceptional editing come together in one very satisfying package.  We’re mid-season and these episodes feel like season finales!  What will be coming in the weeks ahead?!  Join us again next week to find out!

2-Bit Encryption - A Mr. Robot Podcast - 305 – eps3.4_runtime-err0r.r00

Jim and A.Ron were blown away by the latest real time “oner” episode of USA Network’s Mr. Robot, “eps3.4_runtime-err0r.r00”.  We think the technique was employed skillfully here, increasing the drama, tension, and immediacy.  We’re also left with a lot of questions regarding the state of Stage 2, Angela’s relative hacking skills, the nature of Mr. Robot’s relationship with Elliot, and we’d love to know exactly what Darlene is up to, and how much of her plan the FBI has signed off on.  More answers surely to come, but this was a fun ride!

2-Bit Encryption - A Mr. Robot Podcast - 302 – eps3.1_undo.gz

A.Ron and Jim have seen the latest episode of USA Network’s Mr. Robot, “eps3.1_undo.gz”, and after downing some Zoloft, feel prepared to discuss it.  Topics include A.Ron’s new TOTTDAB scale, the stunning development with Joanna, the identity of the f-society faker, Mr. Robot’s birthday, the latest installment of the ARG, feedback, and much more!

2-Bit Encryption - A Mr. Robot Podcast - 301 – eps3.0_power-saver-mode.h

Jim and A.Ron discuss the premier of season 3 of USA’s Mr. Robot, “eps3.0_power-saver-mode.h”.  We’re glad to see Mr. Robot return with an intriguing, plot forwarding episode that is a pleasure to watch.  We really enjoyed newcomer Bobby Canavale’s turn as the sleazy fixer Irving, we’re loving the more bold hints of sci-fi wackadoo stuff to come, and the new relationships between Mr. Robot, Eliot, Angela and Darlene.  Can’t wait for more, and to find out what everyone else thinks!

Fargo - Season Three Wrap Up

Season three of FX’s Fargo has proven to be another polarizing season among the fan base, and for once, we’re on the sweet side of it! We loved the ambiguity and economic and political themes this year, and thought the villain was one of the all time greats. And quite a few more people last week agreed with us, but there are still a lot of people that hate it. I don’t think I can move you from one camp to another, but if you’re on the fence? Maybe we can help you do what we know you want to do, which is love Fargo. That’s what this wrap up is about, explaining the inexplicable, embracing uncertainty, and advocating for personal responsibility in a world full of people shrugging with their hands in their pockets. Speaking of ambiguity, we’re not sure when Fargo will be back, if it’s back at all, but we hope to see you soon because Bald Move is here to stay, aiding your enjoyment of the finest and most fun television and movies. So… see you around? You betcha!

Better Cast Saul - Season 3 Wrapup

Jim and A.Ron gather for a final time to say good bye until next time to AMC’s Better Call Saul. And, we know it’s just until next time because AMC picked up the show for a fourth season. Huzzah! With that out of the way, we reconsider our opinions on season three, look ahead at how this season will impact the characters moving forward, debate about how the show has gone up til now, talk about mental health, and get an extraordinary amount of feedback to consider form our fellow fans. See you next year!
