Good episode. After listening I wondered if A.Ron fell in love with the phrase “big-timed” before the show and I guess he got it when he read the Greenwald review. And I actually cringed when A.Ron was quoting a Samuel Jackson line from Pulp Fiction because I thought he might say the n word.

The deal with the character Todd and the “Friday Night Lights” – * Friday Night Lights SPOILER * – serial killer thing is a joke. In season 2 of FNL his character accidentally kills a man (one man) who was attempting to sexually assault a girl. It’s a far-fetched plot line that rode out, him trying to cover it up etc. Iis completely outside of the scope everything else the series ever did. It was apparently a ratings grab in season 2 when they faced cancellation. It’s regarded as the worst story line FNL had and is a constant source of jokes from people like Alan Sepinwall.

Regarding Walt always trying to imitate Gus. After three episodes I see how pathetic it makes Walt look. It’s so force and cringe worthy. For example the scene in EP 502 when Mike turns down Walt’s offer and Walt insists on a handshake. It was like the scene between Gus and Walt in EP 301 “No Mas” in the restaurant where Gus offers 3 mil to cook for him, but Walt at first refuses. Gus stands up and shakes his hand. “http://breakingbad.wikia.com/wiki/No_Mas.
What is so pathetic is Walt actually believes he is as capable and worthy as Gus to take over the enterprise, just because he killed him. How clueless is he to not see that it’s in his best interest for Mike’s guys stay quiet? That is not something Gus would overlook.
Prediction: Saul is the one who informs Jesse about who poisoned Brock. I think things will go bad between Walt and Saul, and Saul will spill the beans in order to get Jesse on his side. Yes?

@jeffry. Imo, that is entirely plausible. In fact I find it implausible that Saul continues to allow himself to be bullied by Walt much longer.
It does differ from my theory tho, that Walt will simple tell Jessie himself in a fit of arrogent hubristic gloating at some point when he has a particular advantage over Jessie.
