Upgrading to the new membership tiers!

Thanks for your interest in voluntarily upgrading to the new Club Bald Move membership tiers.  Unfortunately, our old shop can be testy and give you grief in renewing or changing things.  The good news is, we’re in the middle of re-working our shop, and we should have that smoothed out in a month or so.  If any of these steps don’t work for you, email us at support@baldmove.com and we’ll help you help us!

Upgrading your subscription to the new rates:

  1. Go to the Subscriptions section of your account management page.
  2. Find your active subscription, and click “View”.
  3. Click the “Switch Subscription” button.
    Note: If you subscribed to the club via PayPal, you’ll need to switch your payment method before continuing.  See instructions below on how to do this.
  4. Select the new rate.
    Note: If you are already an annual or monthly Club member, it won’t let you change it.
    You can only select the new monthly or annual rate. If you really want to change this, email us at support@baldmove.com
  5. Click “Sign Up Now”.
  6. Checkout!

Steps for changing your payment method:

  1. Go to the Payment Methods section of your account management page
  2. Click “Add Payment Method” button.
  3. Fill out credit card information form and click “Add Payment Method” button.
  4. Go to the Subscription section of your account management page.
  5. Find your active subscription, and click “View”.
  6. Click the “Change Payment button” and switch to the credit card you just added.
  7. Follow the steps above for upgrading your subscription.

 

That should do it.  Note, for annual memberships, your cost will be prorated according to how many months you have left in your existing membership.  If you’d like to throw in a little extra, we always are happy to accept straight donations.  If you run into any problems, please contact us at support@baldmove.com.
